Refund & Return Policy

We deal in premium blazers, suits, and jackets. To maintain product quality and fairness for all customers, please read our refund and return policy carefully.
- Inspection Window
Customers must raise any return or refund request within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
- Condition of Product
Returns or refunds will be considered only if:
- The product is unused and unworn
- Original tags are intact
- No stains, smell, damage, or alterations
- The product is in its original packaging
👉 Any product that appears used or worn will be rejected immediately.
- Unboxing Video Mandatory
To be eligible for any return or refund, a clear unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must show the package opening from start to finish without cuts.
No unboxing video = No return / No refund
- Custom & Made-to-Order Products
All custom-stitched, altered, or made-to-order blazers, suits, or jackets are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.
- When Refund is Applicable
Refunds will be issued only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Manufacturing defect
- Product damaged during transit (proof required)
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Size issues
- Change of mind
- Style or color preference
- Delay due to courier partner
- Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping cost (if applicable) must be borne by the customer
- Refund Process
Once the product is received and inspected by our team:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
- Right to Refuse
Mansgo reserves the right to approve or reject any return or refund request if policy conditions are not met.
